A pre-event opportunity to experience SwimRun in a friendly and relaxed environment to test your gear and discover that swimming in shoes feels surprisingly good! Tours are at a relaxed pace, and all swims and runs are optional. A lifeguard will participate with us to make sure we are safe.

Cost: R150 – A small contribution to cover coffee and lifeguard
